Julie Humphreys

Julie has over 16 years strategic marketing and business experience across all aspects of marketing, advertising, and communications, having held senior leadership positions in both large corporate as well as agency environments. Today, Julie works with the owners and teams of businesses seeking to grow their people, develop strong teams and achieve their business goals.

Julie has worked across a range of industries including financial services, health/wellness, entertainment, automotive; retail; travel/hospitality, telecommunications; and FMCG. She was the Marketing Director of Lexus South Africa and most recently headed up the strategic team in an executive capacity at Aqua, one of the most successful WPP agencies in Africa. During this time, Julie founded the Aqua Academy, with the vision of growing and developing leaders and teams within the agency and building stronger relationships with clients
