About Us

Donald Novak

A seasoned management consultant and executive educator, Donald is a founding director of The Exetor Group. He brings to the company a holistic approach to serving executive clients, and specializes in coaching executives and in helping others develop interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.

Before coming to The Exetor Group, Donald spent more than 20 years providing top-level curriculum design, program and organization development, consulting, facilitation, and one-on-one coaching to such clients as Siemens, Egon Zehnder International, BMG Entertainment, Pfizer, GE Information Systems, Cargill, GE Capital, H. A. Simons, SNC Lavalin, Argonne National Laboratory, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and the University of Virginia's Darden Business School. He has also done pro bono work for hospice organizations in Alaska and Colorado.
