About Us

Marta Chicano Catalán

Marta brings over 10 years of experience in developing organizations and individuals at an international level. She focuses on leadership starting from within, that is leading oneself in order to lead others; leading high performing teams and effective team-work; and generating inclusive environments to unleash the full potential of diverse teams. She bridges cultural gaps in Anglo-saxon, Spanish and German speaking countries, and works towards aligning business purpose, with culture and values in organisations.

She has trained and coached senior leaders and teams both in big corporate organisations and in SMEs across countries, where ambiguity and uncertainty are the norm. She brings industry experience in oil & gas, automotive, engineering, and professional services. She has also done probono work both in the UK (as an active member of the UK Values Alliance with the purpose to build a values-driven society), in Ethiopia and Cameroon (in cooperation environments).
