Shay Clancy

With over 20 years experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Management Consultancy Shay is a faculty member of The Exetor Group. He brings to the company his knowledge and creative problem solving specialties through coaching, assessment, leadership & high performance development. His experience spans the public sector, technology media and telecoms, financial services, professional services, retail / FMCG and Industry.

He has held Director & Senior Management leadership positions for professional services and Human Capital Management consulting organisations in the United States & Europe. Shay ‘s consultancy work focuses on the professional development of leadership and senior management teams ensuring that the strategic objectives and goals of the organisation and its leaders are aligned. He has designed workforce solutions including leadership and management development initiatives, creating high performance cultures, understanding the meaning and dysfunctions of teams, executive coaching and mentoring.
