Christy Consler

Drawing on her extensive experience in global executive leadership, people operations, and marketing roles, Christy brings a wealth of experience across several industries including retail, e-commerce, consumer products, and financial services. Christy works with executive teams and leaders to elevate and align their people and leadership strategies with business outcomes in a way that inspires greater purpose, passion, and performance throughout the organization.

She began her career in banking at JPMorgan Chase, and then transitioned into brand management and new product development for General Mills after earning her M.B.A. Her most recent corporate role was as SVP of Human Resources, Corporate Sustainability, and Corporate Communications for Jamba Juice. She was also VP of Leadership and Talent at Safeway, where she led a team to develop its executive Leadership Institute, and then was asked to establish and lead its Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability function.
