Gregor Gardner

Gregor Gardner is a seasoned, independent leadership development consultant whose services include co-creation and facilitation of leadership-related training, support for organizational change initiatives, and executive coaching. Gregor has a passion for supporting individuals, and organizations in a process of honest self-assessment, helping them to define and prioritize their development needs and leverage their key strengths to achieve their authentic personal and professional goals.

Gregor has spent more than two decades educating and coaching professionals at a wide array of Fortune 500 companies around the world. He has worked with clients from a diverse spectrum of industries, including automotive, banking, commodities, consumer goods, education, electro-technology, media, pharmaceuticals, professional services, telecom, shipping, and solar energy.

• Bachelor's degree from Dartmouth and the University of Colorado, Phi Beta Kappa.
• Studied abroad at the Universidad de Cadiz in Spain as an undergrad
• International M.B.A. from the American Graduate School of International Management, with Honors
• Master's degree in European and Environmental history from the University of Colorado.
• MBTI Certified
• Semester Abroad program at the European Business School (EBS) in Germany

Conversant in Spanish and German, Gregor has spent much of his career working internationally. He currently resides in Durango, Colorado with his wife, Catherine and son, Cormac.
