Volker Rönicke

As a former Partner at Booz & Company Volker brings in 20 years of experience in enabling success of client and internal teams, and individual leaders in a highly dynamic and challenging business context. His fundamental expertise as strategic advisor to senior leaders in healthcare specific topics like digital health strategy and integrated evidence generation strategy in combination with broad general management consulting expertise in problem solving, large scale business transformation, organizational change, and capability building seamlessly complements Exetor’s ability to design tailored client solutions.

Volker started his career in guiding scientific teams in big pharma and biotech. At Booz & Company, he got acquainted with guiding content-rich consulting teams to enable clients’ success in various industries on a global basis. He supported leaders in client organization from family owned over pre-IPO, mid-sized public to global top10 players. In that context Volker gained work experience in Europe, US, Asia, and Middle East. He had the opportunity to understand cultural differences in these geographies to better calibrate what is required for inclusive strategy development and sustainable implementation on a truly global basis.
