Leading a Business Begins With Leading People.
Ingrid combines her background in international diplomacy with her 10 years of Executive Coaching for Fortune 100 companies to help leaders develop their vision, execute according to their strengths and understand how they are perceived by those around them.
Ingrid began her coaching career in the former Soviet Republic of Georgia after the Rose Revolution, guiding new leadership through the changes and challenges of a resistant Parliament. Ingrid coached change management and democratization practice through open dialogue and ethical influence. Later, she served as a representative of the US State Department seconded to the Office of Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) for missions to Georgia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Albania. Additional international experience included appointments in Rome’s United Nation World Food Programme where she developed and led the team that secured a historic partnership with TPG-Royal Mail and ushered in the acceptance of private gifts to UN organizations. Ingrid used this experience to return to the US as a Senior Consultant for a Manhattan-based non-profit consulting firm, leading teams and fundraising strategies for clients including the UN Foundation, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The Franklin Institute, The American Red Cross and The Clinton Global Initiative. She has won numerous awards for her achievements in fundraising campaign innovation.
Ingrid is passionate about helping leaders guide from their values and challenge the mindsets that stand in the way of authenticity and success.
